Most failures are technical and preventable. Do the system check days early, not on the day.
Checklist
- Photo ID matching the enrolment name exactly.
- Webcam, microphone, and a room scan.
- Clear desk. Some allow one blank sheet, some none.
- Wired connection if possible, phone hotspot as backup.
- Close all other applications. Second monitors usually disallowed.
