Assume it will happen once. What matters is the evidence you keep.

1. Screenshot or photograph the error, with a visible clock if possible.
2. Note the exact time and what you were doing.
3. Contact the invigilator or live chat before restarting.
4. Do not close the exam window unless told to.
5. Email support the same day with the screenshots.

Prepare in advance

• Support contact saved on your phone, not in a bookmark.
• Phone hotspot tested, not just enabled.
• Know the mitigating-circumstances process before you need it.
