Recording yourself explaining a worked example is faster than writing it up, and you will actually rewatch it.

Keep them short

Setup

1. Record the screen and your voice, not your face.
2. One concept per recording.
3. Name the file with the topic, not the date.
4. Delete anything you have not opened in a month.
