Windows are short and progress-gated. Watching too much of the course is the usual disqualifier.

| 14 days | Under 20-30% of lessons watched |
| 30 days | Under 10% watched, or no certificate issued |
| No refund | Certificate already issued |
What voids a refund
- Downloading materials.
- Issuing or claiming the certificate.
- Passing the assessment.
- Buying through a third-party reseller instead of direct.
Statutory cooling-off rights may apply on top of the stated policy depending on where you buy. Check locally.
